A Cure's Formula | KAPNAYAN 2025
Health equity, a crucial global goal set by the World Health Organization, remains elusive in the Philippines. Through advancing the drug discovery process, medicinal chemists play a vital role in formulating treatments for emerging diseases in the country.
Recognizing this, the UPLB Chemical Society aims to launch Kapnayan 2025 to raise awareness among Filipino youth. This initiative offers high school students insights into how medicinal chemistry contributes to creating a healthier society and provides a glimpse into the meticulous process of developing life-saving cures by chemists.
Through igniting interest in this field, Kapnayan 2025 aims to empower the next generation of Filipino scientists and health professionals to contribute to the advancement of health equity in the Philippines.
